Ginny’s Salon celebrates Black History Month with a conversation in literature and food featuring theater critic, New Yorker writer, and Paris Review advisory editor Hilton Als. Als, author of the critically acclaimed White Girls will highlight ten classics found in the African American catalogue including “Go Tell It On the Mountain,” “Tar Baby,” and “Cane.” The talk will be accompanied by a four course wine and food pairing curated by Chef Marcus Samuelsson.
