The Paris Review is not only the preeminent literary quarterly in America but also a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations help us pay the writers and artists whose work fills our pages, as well as cover our general operating and printing costs, which are constantly rising.

This month, we had the opportunity to double the impact of individual donations from our community thanks to the Whiting Foundation, who committed to match up to $20,000. We’re thrilled and moved to share that we have now raised the full match, and we are so grateful to all of you who helped. While the match has been met, we continue to welcome donations, which are essential to sustain our work.
